On this International Women’s Day, we are proud to celebrate the women of iBraiN Inserm Lab — whose talent, dedication, and leadership drive our science forward every day.
Across our laboratory, women contribute at every level: from administrative professionals and technicians to engineers, PhD candidates, researchers, physician-scientists, and faculty members. Their expertise shapes our research, strengthens our teams, and inspires the next generation.
At iBraiN, we are committed not only to advancing science but also to fostering an environment where women are trained by and for research, empowered to grow, and supported throughout their careers. Mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge transmission remain at the heart of what we do.
We also remain vigilant and proactive in addressing sexual and gender-based violence and discrimination. Building a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace is essential to scientific excellence and collective progress.
Today, we highlight and thank the remarkable women who make iBraiN what it is — and we reaffirm our commitment to equity, visibility, and opportunity for all.
