[AWARD] Patrick VOURC'H - Fabrice Le Mouhaer Prize by the Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale

Patrick Vourc'h has been awarded the Fabrice Le Mouhaer Prize by the Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale, during a ceremony held at the Maison de la Chimie in Paris. This distinction recognizes his significant contributions to research on Charcot disease – amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), conducted within the IDeALS team of our iBrainTours laboratory.

Patrick warmly thanks his team, as well as the Biochemistry and Neurology Departments of the CHRU of Tours, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, for their unwavering commitment and collective efforts. He also extends his gratitude to FILSLAN – the French Rare Diseases Health Network, whose support plays a key role in advancing this important research.
A remarkable acknowledgment for work that continues to drive progress and hope for patients.
